Mayor Sylvester Turner was elected Mayor of Houston on December 12, 2015, to serve a four year term beginning January 4, 2016.

Sylvester Turner was born and raised in the Acres Homes community in northwest Houston. His parents moved to Acres Homes in 1954, the year Sylvester was born.

Diaz is responsible for the overall management of the Houston Airport System’s three aviation facilities: George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and Ellington Airport (EFD). He is one of the industry’s leading authorities in the study of future developments in commercial aviation.

As Deputy Director for Houston Airports, Saba manages the External Affairs division for Global Industry Relations and Government Affairs. She leads a variety of Business Development initiatives that together, provide a vital support network for new and expanded air service in Houston. This means a greater level of connectivity for millions of Houstonians, fueling economic growth.

Jocelyn Labove is the Houston Airport System’s (HAS) Chief Aviation Risk and Regulatory Compliance Officer for the Aviation Risk and Regulatory Compliance division.

Arturo Machuca is the Director of the Houston Spaceport and Ellington Airport. Machuca oversees the daily operations and the development and implementation of policies and procedures at Ellington Airport. He is also the lead on the Houston Spaceport project.

Liliana Rambo, CM, CAPP, is the Houston Airport System’s (HAS) Chief Terminal Management Officer.

As HAS' Chief Terminal Management Officer, Rambo is responsible for the overall passenger experience of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) by focusing on:

Steve Runge oversees operations at George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby Airport which include the Airport Operations Center, Airside, SMS, Landside, Security/Badging and Safety & Emergency Preparedness.

Molly Waits leads Houston Airports' Marketing, Air Service Development and Communications, MAC, division. She's a passionate aviation professional with 22 years in the industry, including 16 years with Houston Airports.  With a track record of proven success, Waits brings a collaborative and cohesive management approach to her role in leading the division.
