Bush Airport has multiple parking options, which are all outlined in more detail on the airport’s main website. Choose your preferred parking option in advance and map your route to get there. Depending on your choice, you will then be able to access the terminals by walking or by shuttle to continue your journey.
We have developed signage across Bush Airport’s footprint to provide directional guidance, highlight closures, and convey construction impacts where needed. Look out for these signs and be sure to follow the directions closely. This will ensure a more seamless experience while onsite.
Cell phone lots are available to the public, providing a great place to regroup and meet up at the appropriate pick-up spot when everyone is ready. Avoid parking between construction barriers to reduce congestion and help keep your vehicle safe.
Use the available curb space at the appropriate terminal once your passengers have landed and deplaned. A major source of traffic congestion at the airport is often cars crowding terminal entrances rather than, using all the available curb space. Avoid using these areas for an extended period of time.
As the ITRP moves forward, change will be a constant. Make a plan each time you visit Bush Airport, as new detours, closures and other factors may impact on how you get to where you need to go.

To help alleviate congestion, we encourage all those picking up passengers to utilize one of the three cellphone lots at IAH. The lots are open every day, and there is no charge to park at the cell phone lots for short-term waits. Signage marks all three locations, and drivers can wait there until their arriving party has retrieved their checked bags and is ready to be picked up curbside.
